How bad would a relaxing 7 days off diet fuck you up? My body and mind definately gonna need it, but I would hate to put too much fat on after dedicating myself to 16 grueling weeks of dieting and cardio. What are your thoughts, maybe I should have 2 full out cheat days and then keep an eye on what I eat the other days and not get too carried away?

Im thinking that 2 full cheat days, not getting too crazy, watching what I eat a little for 5 days, some drinking, shouldnt put me backwards Im hoping, anyone else have any thoughts?

Great question.. hate those long diets. Comin off is a bitch, a trying to please yourself in just one or two days can lead to a binge eating fest. don't exaggarate. I would also load on some appetite suppressants of these two days so you would eat a lot but still not come to a binge.

Heres the deal, I have a 14 hr car ride, so I will use this day as a full blown cheat day since it will be hard to not eat anything but junk. The next 5 days I know there will be snacking and dinners will out so I will try and just cheat at dinner. Probably drink some beers at night which I havent done in 3 months so I should get wasted off of 2 beers anyway :p . I will most likely eat all junk on the way home also. I will find an appetite suppressant and try and have a lot of protein powder during the day. The other thing is I will still be running clen which hopefully will help.

I think you need it both psychologically and physically. 16 weeks is looong. Your metabolism is probably flying right now...so, I don't think you'll put on anything significant. I know when I cheat a couple of days, I'm dying to get back on my diet because I realize how crappy junk makes me feel. go for it....eat a couple of burgers for me....I'm just on my 4th week of dieting and I'm CRAZY hungry, I wanna eat my own hand at this point!

MrMak, I dont understand what you mean when you say 'would not at all'?

Gimp, I'll definately have a couple burgers for ya.

I've lost weight last year and due to stress i quit worrying about diet and exercise from dec-march. I ate anything i wanted as much as i wanted (mostly. I still drank diet soda instead of sugary soda), never exercised and i gained about 1lb of fat a week, thats about a 500 fat storage a day when doing virtually nothing to maintain my weight loss. Maybe the rate of regain will be different for you but when i totally let myself go 1lb a week is about how fast i regain.
