After a DNP cycle...???

I've just ended(this morning) a 12days cycle with DNP dryed powder.
I lost about 13lbs with no strict diet,but I won't repeat this experience due to the many sides got durind this period.

Now the problem is that I'm really bloated.I have a big big water retantion.How many days does it take to go away?Have I to take a diuretic?Which kind?

I don't think you need a diuretic. Just give it a week or so and everything should be back to normal.

I dropped the water in 4-5 days. You'll be running hot for another day or two...the DNP doesn't leave your system for a bit. Keep your water intake high and that'll help speed the process.
