I completed a 21 day cycle of alflutop exactly one week ago.The stuff really does keep your joints well lubed.
I did`nt like the everyday pokes for 21 consecutive days,but i used 30 gauge 3/4" pins so i barely felt the pokes at all.

Thanks Bro, yeah I'm just looking for something to help w/ the joints I'm not young anymore but I sure act it..
