LOL!!! Affirmative action is so ridiculous. The government can not legislate morality. Also, if I were a minority and I got a job because of the color of my skin, I would hardly feel good about it. In fact, it is a slap in the face of every minority that the great democratic party sees you as less than capable to get things on your own.

Just look at the bush Cabinet... Colin Powell, Rod Paige and Condeleeza Rice are in very high positions. Did they need affirmative action? NO. They are qualified and they got the job. Of course, since they are republican... they don't count.
