Advise for a mass and cutting cycle.

Hi!

I'm currently 19 years old, 209lbs, 5'10" and BF%17, drug-free. I'm about to start a mass cycle in a few weeks. It is possible to gain about 25-30 pounds muscle mass with a 12-16 week long cycle?

In the spring 2003, I want do a cutting cycle... My goals are around 205lbs (ripped) at 5'10". realistic? I was wondering what is the best cycles for my goals... please give me an advise!

Have u done any research at all? Put a few cycles together and let us know what u wanna do and we'll take it from there.
 
I have found a lot of cycles... but I don't now what is the best for me.
Have everyone a unbeatable cycle for my goals?

mass-cycles:

12-16 weeks: Deca Durabolin or Test Enantat.
12-16 weels: Deca Durabolin and Dianabol.
12-16 weeks: Stack Deca/Enantat or Deca/Susta.

cutting-cycle:

8-12 weeks: Testo Propi with a CKD Cycle

Another question: What is liquidex? Ist this GHB?

@Swoleyoley: Yes! I'm currently 209lbs with 17% bodyfat. And want to be around 205lbs with 6-8% bodyfat. To reach this goal I must lose a few pounds fat and water.. or am I wrong? Have you a better suggestion?

i wouldnt suggest going on a bulk cycle just to turn around and take it all off...going up and down 30 pounds is not good for your body. TRY this

winni 50/eod week 1-13
fina 75/eod week 1-10
test 200/w week 1-10

then run clen post cycle
