advise for a first time cycle

Ok I am debating the use of some gear. This would be my first cycle and I am curious as to a stack. I am thinking sustanon or dbol stacked w/ something else. I would rather not inject but if results and the lack of sides make it worth it I would rather. I am 6'0 and 160 lbs, not much body fat. been training for a while without any weight/size gains. In the gym at least 3 days a week and I definately know what I am doing as far as training goes. I am rather strong and tone for my size but I would like to be about 40 lbs heavier. Please advise something good that won't blow me up too quickly cuz I don't want stretch marks or really bad side affects cuz I need to work and be a dad. Also what PCT should I use and after how many weeks. I am 24 years old. All advise will be taken into account and appreciated. Thanx people

Look up in the top left corner of the forum site you want to post in and hit "new thread". Then type away.

To me, you don't need multiple compounds on your first cycle bro. If you already have the sus, go w/ it @ 250-300/wk. split into 2 pokes/wk. for 10. With a good diet, this will do you well. That's just as important as the gear you're on.

40 lbs of quality muscle is a hard task with three visits to the gym a week.
it may work for you but would not for me unfortunately.
i suggest using the search option on this site and look up "first cycles" probably find some great info there.
not trying to flame you but you should do more research before deciding on which cycle is right for you and not as much what cycle is right for the people you are asking the question of. good luck

Thanx for the advice so far guys. I can get to the gym 5 times a week but I make it at least 3 times no matter what. Right now I am hitting every muscle group once a week giving them a lot of time to heal. Hopefully if I juice I can hit each group twice a week and I definately don't want to gain 40 lbs on one cycle really. I was thinking 20 lbs or so would be good.
 
Honestly for your first cycle ever, i wouldnt stack anything. I love going straight Test only cycles, especially for your first run because you dont have any idea how your body reacts to any specific compounds yet.

I always like to suggest starting off simple and just getting your feet wet before doing a cannon ball.

I think you will be more than happy on doing no more than 500mgs Test per week. Dont be afraid of injections... once you do your first I promise you will see just how easy it is. Its no big deal honestly.

Id split whatever dosage you decide into 2 injections per week. So IF you decide to go with 500, do 250 one day and then 250 3 days later etc.

Should I go with clomid or novl or will it not matter to a first timer? I am not really worried about gyno because of my size but maybe I should be. What is best PCT for a beginner.
