Advise a 53 yr old please. Serious

I am 53, and in excellent health. I have an rx for test cyponate 200 because my test count normally falls below 300. I am supposed to take 1cc per week.
I would like to get myself in shape and have a few questions for you. ( Hypothetically of course - I wouldn't want to break any laws!)My goal is to be above average in strength for my age, and be in good enough shape to do the things I like, like water-skiing, etc. I want to build muscle and lose fat - I want to look good and perform well (!)

I have regular blood tests, etc.
1) What dose of test should I take to get it to a safe but anabolic effect?
2) What kind of a cycle would you recommend that is going to help me achieve my goals the fastest, while minimizing side effects -(I do not want any female characteristics) to stack with this (increased) amount of test? Deca? Dianabol? What and how much? And what can I expect in how long? Then what about maintenance? BTW I have lifted on& off most of my life. I am 5'6", 210 prob bodyfat about 22% would like to be around 180,10% bf or less,and muscular. Is this reasonable?
Any advice will be appreciated!

There is another thread here titled "Senior Cycle" That member is on TRT and has outlined his cycle. It seems to be working for him.

One thing to consider is that a cycle could adjust your tests in a way that would tip of your doctor that you are going above and beyond your treatment. Some doctors are cool with that and others (thought they continue to treat smokers who still smoke) will discontinue treatment.

Generally speaking, there seems to be a lack of information about steroid cycles for those of us on TRT.

I alternate cycles with my HRT program with great success. The one I am on now has increased my strength and performance the most.

Will on HRT, I am also quite fit and robust. All this at 63. So all your goals are attainable with hard work and a disciplined program.

If you go through the post archieves in the Longity area, you can read how I define the difference between cycles and HRT supplements, define the proper diet for older males, my own exercise routines and point out the need for recovery. Injecting some test is not the answer. You have to follow a life style.

You'll also see the exact drugs and supplements I used for HRT and each cycle I have been on.

The HRT program is under a Dr's supervision with prescriptions. The cycles are where I am on my own. I read the GS ebooks and followed the recommendations. Domestic supplied and pharm grade gear.

You can read my more generalized reply in this thread. Here I'll try to answer your more specific questions:
(1) Any dosage will make a change, from as little as 10 mg a day and up. The body is extremely sensitive. 100 mg per/week for a 200 lb man is the basic start these days. That is an HRT dosage. For a cycle .... 500 mg p/w. BUT ... if you have little or no experience, start low and simple. You must adjust to the emotional changes and side effects.

And you must diet, exercise and recover.

(2) Don't stack until you have more experience. Run nothing but test ... p, c, e or sust. It doesn't matter. I now prefer p.

Watch your source and brands. You want high quality pharm grade.

Look at HGH also. I recommend it highly as a partner with test.

As for anti-e ... This is dynamite for an older male because your esto is rising. I am an a-dex fan.

Thanks for your suggestions. How much HGH will it take. Not sure I can afford that! I will look for yor past posts,sounds like just what I need.
