Hey all I appreciate any help I can get. Here is where I am at, I started at 130 3 years ago and know find myself stuck on 180-190 I am still no where near what i would like to look like. I have done just about everything from dbol with test equi, to deca 200 I've been pretty good on my diet but no matter what I can not break 195. I am @ 180 right now and my last cycle was a shot of test 200 and deca 200/week. With it I was taking creatine 2/day along with Glutamine before my workout mixed with creatine in a carb drink. I have been off and clean for 2 mths. And plan on taking HGH with Humalin-R but I have heard to many stories of Humalin beeing extremely dangerous. Help would like to hear what you experts hae to say.

That isn't exactly a heavy dose. Have you done more than that? How old are you? Reason I ask is you've went from 130 to 195 and that is a huge gain. There is a point where you just won't gain more. And how tall are you?

I am 5'10" 180lb at the current time. It has taken me time to get to this size it was not done all at the same time I would do about 10 week cycles and then spend about a month cleanig my system. I never really got any substantial gains it's been pretty slow and gradual. Thanks for the quick respond

Depends on the cycle I was on, The last diet I was on, consisted of 2 shakes a day 900 calories, 3 meals/day ranging from pasta to chicken, tuna, steak, potatos very low fat all my food at home is low fat would never eat rice or pasta after 7:00pm ocasionally if I had nothing else to eat I would pasta and tuna after my workout which was between 9-10:30pm work out late. Like I medntioned earlier I was also taking creatine, glutamine and a Diaostack my strength once again shot up big time but no growth this is why I am thinking of HGH...My age is 26...

AM I not eating enough? Wat Am I doing wrong?

No you probably aren't eating nearly enough by the looks of things. First of all, no matter what time you workout you still need to ingest at least 100g of simple carbs along with protein imediately following your workout. You'd be amazed at the power of the pst workout meal. Secondly, you're only eating five times a day and there is no way to get ample calories in five meals for someone on AS. Avoiding carbs and healthy fats is NOT conducive to gains on lean body mass. This cuts into your calorie total and deprives your body of absolutely neccessary nutrients to fuel intense training and vigorous growth. Growing in and of itself requires tremendeous energy resources let alone and intense training sesion. You can;t be reliatn on shakes. Whey digests very quickly and thus isn't fully utilzed for muscular needs. I think you need to work on your diet instead of thinking of bigger and better drugs or higher doses. Drugs can't work without proper nitrition and there is simply no way around this fact.

How much more food do I need to eat, everyone has different diets that I should follow but how do I know which is the right one? I am 5'10" 180 lbs and I do not look muscular at all. This is a big improvement from where I started 128lbs and yes I do look different I am just looking for the right plan to follow I have done several, I have no probelm with commitment and following a strcit regiment but how do I know wich one to follow?

The hard part about this is there is no diet to follow. You have to set your own according to YOUR body. You want to gains muscle mass so there are two constants. You need to consistantly be ingesting MORE calories than you use in a day and you have to have a high protein intake. General rules to follow are eat 6-10 meals a day, 1.5-2g of protein per pound of bodyweight, 2-4 grams of carbs per pound of bodyweight, include essential fatty acids, and make sure to have a post workout meal including at least 100g of simple carbs and at least 50g of protein. You have to be consitant with your diet. Everyday you have to get your nutrients and calories or you'll be deprived of growth. Muscle is built from the food you eat. Workouts are fueled by the food you eat. It's that important. It's good that your have no problem with commitment and being strict because that's waht it takes. Consistancy and dedication are the keys to good nutrition. Never miss a meal and eat the right foods. Sounds easy, but the reality is most people don't have what it takes to eat right and that's why the whine that they only gained five pounds on thier last cycle. I personaly have a set menu that I eat every day. No, there is no flexibility, but it works. I measure and weigh all my food so I KNOW I'm getting what I need to grow, but not so much that I over do it and accumulate fat. You have to be in tune with your body to know how many calories you need, how much protein, how many carbs and so on. Feel free to email me and I'll help you set up a menu plan. Eating the right foods is fine and dandy, but eating the right amounts of them on a consistant basis is the hard part.
