background - 5'10 ,210lbs , pretty lean already . Have about 10 years in the gym but had to take over a year off . Have been back now for just a few months .
week 1-6 ; 750-1000mg test - 500mg deca - 40mg d-bol ed
week 7-12 ; 1000-750mg test - 800mg eq - 75mg tren eod - 50mg winV eod
Ran the deca 1st because I thought my joints could use it after the long break and wanted to finish with the tren and don't like to run the two together . I tend to lean out real easy so I tried to set this up to gain as much muscle as I can . I have access to just about anything so feel free to offer whatever suggestions . Should I take the tren up to ed (6 weeks seems long ) ? what about the winny ed ? And is the test a bit excessive for having been clean for so long ? Thanks for the help guys ...
