Advice please!

Currently i am 205lb at 5'9"...stuck at 12% bf. I want to lean down to around 5-7% quick. I know how to diet and train, my question is this...what cycle is going to cut me as fast as possible and harden me up. I've got IP winstrol 50's and am wondering what to run them with? EQ? Prop?

I turned 30 this past december and have vowed to be in the best shape of my life my my 31st! Drop some knowledge on a newbie...PLEASE!
 
Keep the diet clean my friend... cardio is king too. I would hit some clen also. Each AAS seems to effect people differently... so I'll leave that part up to you. I feel you pain though... I am 30, 31 in December. Take your time and do it right... it will be easier to stay at your goal that way!

Clen is out of the question bro. I bike 30 miles 4x a week. My HR would go through the roof. I can usually sustain it around 175 bpm already! My problem is that i do so much cardio already that it's difficult to keep that hard look. I need a combo that will get me dense.
