advice on website name, pick 1 of these 3

#3 but if you're smart you'll register all three to the same IP address so somebody can type in anyone of the three and still get to you. I registered my domain under .com, .org and .net and they all point to the same website.

word

#1. people will misspell or mis-type 'condominium.'

I work at a real estate development company that builds high rise condos
we have relationships with lots of developers
one of the issues with condo developments is getting pre-sales
I am going to get my bosses to go to the developers they know and negotiate the pre-construction discounts
I know brokers that in total have thousands of agents working for them, who will signup for free on my website
since we have lower marketing cost, gonna give the agents an extra point if they sell a unit, incentive
I am going to connect agents who have investors/homebuyers who want to buy condos at pre-construction discounts with developers who need pre-sales
completely thru the internet, across the country
instead of just hiring caldwell banker with a couple hundred agents selling
we'll have thousands
to sell out their deal in a week, saves them carrying costs interest marketing and lots of other things

#3 but totally agree with DialTone.

Also Y_Lifter is right about wholesale. Whenever I see a sign like that, I immediately think... BS. That`s the truth bro.

Bingo, that's what I did as well.

But #1 is the clear choice. Short and simple, that's the name of the game.

That is primarily because of the a-holes in my industry who have given Wholesale such a negative connotation. :)

I like your idea. I want to share some feedback with you.

Isn't the appeal of pre-construction condo - buying the opportunity for appreciation?

When interest rates rise and people end up upside-down on their condo's, the market will take a hit and you won;t see a lot of turnover (except maybe as rentals).

Don;t you think pre-construction sales will dry up when rates go up? Or are you figuring that every retiring baby boomer wants a condo anyplace and that by negotiating pre-construction discounts they will save money anyway?

Ar you hoping that retirees get so desperate that they will actually by a condo on the gulf in Alabama just to say they are waterfront, and have less maintenance to deal with?

I'm not being derisive, I think many of them will :)

But your business idea sounds very cyclical. Or am I missing the point?
