Your fat intake!! If your diet is high in fat, you will put on weight faster than a depressed women. Most say dont eat fat during the active time on slin, but I have found out if you eat it throughout the day, the fat will be stored too.
I have been sucessfull with 5 grams of carbs per IU, but dont do this until you have gotten used the feeling of the slin. Everyday back off the carb intake in little movements as the to find a carb dose that gets you through the active time of the slin. I also found that the extra carbs also put on fat,
Bottom line: slin is not to be messed with, respect it. Listen to your body. You will feel signs of hypo, if you havent eaten enough carbs drink or eat some simple sugars until it goes away. Keep fat out of you diet as much as possible. Keep carbs down, but not to low.
Also add creatine and glutamine to you first carb drink after shot, this will utillize the slin and use it to transport those 2 into your muscles. This will make a huge difference.
