Hi.
I am a female, 38 yr. old, 5'6'', weight train 5x a week (HEAVY ) my cardio used to be 3 x a week also, but I suffered a torn acl in left knee so cardio is out for a while.
I need to know what are the best supplements I can take while cutting, but trying to preserve as much muscle as I can.
don't have a lot of money, currently I only use a protein powder. And I take creatine TRAC 5 gr. before lifting.
Please help a chick out, who wants to save her muscle, but cut some fat.
