Advice on how to best achieve my goals

I'm 6'2....230LBS. I could stand to loose bout 30 LBS of fat. I'd like to bulk up while getting a nice cut look to me while getting bigger and of course loosing all that body fat.
This would be my 1st cycle......I do work out.....and would eat really well while on the cycle.

Advice on what I should take and how much and for how long etc. Keeping in mind my budget runs out at $600 CDN. Feel free to elaborate as much as you'd like to guys.

And also I have stretch marks on my stomach....anything I can do about this?
 
bro you must choose if you wanna bulk or cut
if you want to loose 30lbs then there is no way in hell you should be bulking.
if i were you i'd try something like prop/fina/winny for 8 weeks with a very stick diet and cardio 4 times a week minimum
If you want quicker results and got some balls then i would do some research and do dnp before starting my cycle
