So I am coming to the end of my first cycle with some decent results in the last 11 weeks. I started at 5"9 70kg 10% body fat and now 80kg about 11-12% body fat being strongest I have ever been.

I want to be shredded though. Like 6-8% body fat and around 80kg. How should I go about go about efficiently building lean muscle and being ripped in 12 months time. I dont want to be back where I started after a cut.

Please give me some feedback

Cheers!

the effort it takes to continually walk around at 6% body fat is a dedcation and effort that not many can make... it takes all out discipline and continuous hard work... it takes a lot of cardio and strong weight training... it takes a fucking spot on diet... and i mean spot on... the effort, time and dedication i put in to maintaining a 6% body fat is amazing...

I would run a sarms bridge after you complete this cycle...

There are a number of effective approaches to getting your bf down while maintaining most of your muscle gains. I like Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet 2.0. You could probably use his numbers to come up with a maintenance diet once you get to where you want to be.
