I am 40 yrs old and have been training all of my adult life. Healthy diet as well. I've got a solid enough foundation, but genetics are limited so I'm ready to try REAL "supplements". From the research I've done, here's what I think may be good for a first timer like myself:
Sustanon250 - every 5 days for 12 weeks
Nolvadex - 20 mg daily (??start beginning of cycle?) and 2 wks after end of cycle
Clomid - last 2 wks of cycle (??and for how long after cycle?)
HCG - ??not sure what this is or how much/when to take. Go by other name?
I'm hoping some of you guys out there that have experience and knowledge can tell me if this is a good way to start off in my quest to reach my fitness goals. Thanks.Advice On First
