Advice Needed

I'm 37 years old and 4 months post op from an ACL reconstruction. My reahb is going ok, but gaining muscle back in my injured leg is going very slowly. I'm looking to get back the muscle I lost, and also gain more mass to protect my knees in the future, as my job is physically demanding. Any suggestions on what type of gear would be most beneficial? I see my Doc on 2/24, but was wondering what you would reccomend. Thanx for your time.
 
I have had 2 ACL surgeries in the past 7 years and know exactly what your going through bud, imagine getting totally recovered from your ACL surgery and then 1 year later tearing it again. Anyway, I honestly wouldnt take any anabolics until you are able to lift at least at 95% on the recovering knee. I have tried the same thing your thinking about and it didnt work for me, just give it time, continue with your therapy and let the knee completely heel on its own, you wouldnt want to fuck it up by doing something stupid.
 
Please listen to Themachine01, my roommate tore his ACL a year and a half ago and he waited to till he was close to 100% before he did a cycle! He was told that if he did do a cycle while trying to rehab from his surgery then he might push himself to far and tear it again! I would wait man, theres no rush, if i can remember properly he only had to wait 6 months till he was at 80-90% and thats when he played with the gear!!! Nows he's a 310 lbs beast!!!!!!!!
