I'm 37 years old and 4 months post op from an ACL reconstruction. My reahb is going ok, but gaining muscle back in my injured leg is going very slowly. I'm looking to get back the muscle I lost, and also gain more mass to protect my knees in the future, as my job is physically demanding. Any suggestions on what type of gear would be most beneficial? I see my Doc on 2/24, but was wondering what you would reccomend. Thanx for your time.
