Advice needed

Hi all,

After abit of advice. I'm looking to cut up and get my body fat % down abit.
I've been training for little over a year, weights 4 nights a week and bit of running on a weekend.

I've been given a course of winstrol from my girlfriends step dad.

He's told me to try it on its own with milk thistle but from the reading up I've been doing I'm seeing I should be using test propionate too.

What do you think? I don't want to bulk up too much

Hey Pete, what's your BF%? I'll be honest with you if your looking to cut up and get down your bf I suggest diet and training, a year is not a long time, most people spend years and years building a solid base. Steriods are not magic, many many people make the mistake of using juice and think its going to do all the work for them, it's a lifestyle not a hobby. Check out the diet and training section here, tons of useful info to help you reach your goals. And a word of advise if anyone suggests you take something, research the shit out of it before you start playing with your hormones

My bf% is around 17% mate. My diet suffered around Christmas and I've put about 10llb on since nov.
I've sorted the diet now and eating really well. Low fat high protein.

I didn't wanna just start taking them, wanted the advice 1st
 
Well bro my advise stands, train hard keep the diet on point. If your really insistent, get your bf down to around 10, research pct right here in EF and start with test. But I strongly advise you get some years behind you in the gym, go balls out and stay committed
 
Hey man I don't mean to be a dick but if you put on 10lbs that means you were 161 and at 17% bf you have very little muscle mass.. how is your diet.. post it up if you have the time because there is something wrong there.. if you get you bf down and get a solid base we will be more than happy to help you but winstrol won't be effective at that bf% so please don't use it

ya man you can get your bodyfat down very easily by adding more cardio, and restricting your carb intake.
but like they have said, many of us have trained in the gym for years and years before we thought about steroids. you should easily be able to make substantial body composition changes with regular supplements.

take a fat burner, maybe a test booster like DAA, and you could do a lot. but adding in winstrol now is not the answer.

is the winstrol injectable or oral?

It's alpha pharma 50mg oral.
I could be wrong with the % as I done a quick measure myself. I'm gonna get it done properly.
My diet is basically 4-5 smallish meals a day
Porridge morn, chicken breast 10am. Main meal dinner normally chicken breast and sweet potato mash, veg and a pasta or mackerel about 8pm after I train. I also use 2 x protein shakes. 1st thing in morn and one straight after training.
I could prob do better on my diet.
 
ya you probably are off on that percentage. because that is a pretty low weight for the height you said you are.

you can run oral winstrol alone, and just get a proper PCT. you don't need to do test with it.
it is a milder cycle, but still the reason we have suggested you try some other things first is because you haven't really hit any training plateaus.
have you tried switching up your workouts? combining different muscle groups? going more high rep? doing cardio 2 times a day? cardio 1.5 hours per day will cut you up like none other.
so we suggest changing some workout and diet things, because once you get those right you can gain or lose weight as you please without AAS.
 
I normally train one muscle group a day and don't really mix it up. I'm definitely far from reaching a plateau.
I do appreciate the advice offered and ill take it on board leaving the winstrol out
