my training partner is doing a photo shoot for some fitness modeling agency on feb 19th and hes looking for some ideas to really suck water out and have full muscles and vascularity come the day of the shoot...he in 25 y/o, 207 lbs probably between 8-9% bf right now...the thing is he is lifetime natural and has a very health conscious attitude towards fitness (ie, no ephedra, steroids, etc), so hes lookin for advice that wont compromise his health...hes open to otc water pills, herbs, etc, but i know nothing about how to use those or what to use...our training right now is super intense 5 days a week split with cardio maybe 2x a week on jumprope after weights, he hasnt done much cardio as of late because weve both been looking to fill out our physiques more and have had great success while somehow maintaining our bf percentages...so we figured if it aint broke dont fix it...now that he has the shoot tho hes not sure how to manipulate his cardio to coincide with staying full but dropping that last bit of fat/water...he basically just wants to know how to dial it in for that day as if he was doing a show, lose the last bit of fat/water on the lower abs and get some more vascularity, but obviously he is not looking to be photographed at 3%...any advice is greatly appreciated, if i was not specific enough with trainign and diet right now i can be more, might be able to get some pics of him up here too..thanks again 4 advice
