I plan on doing a mild depletion - like not going under 100g of carbs a day and then a 4 day carb up. Saturday, sunday and monday I think I will eat 100-150g of carbs and around 2500kcal and then I will start to carb-up on Tuesday. My carb-up won't be drastic though I don't think - maybe 400-500g of carbs on those days and arond 4000kcal. As near as I can tell, the drastic stuff just tends to screw you up, though that could easily be because I haven't figured it out yet. I feel full a week out and like the way I look and then ask myself: how much fuller do you think you can even look? And the answer is not much if at all, but last time I ignored it and depleted the living shit out of myself and had a hell of a time filling back up in time.
