ADVICE Needed for Last week out (mr.X)

I am following bodyopus. 5 days no carb 48 - 72 hr carbup. Simple Sugars followed by more complex carbs. For the show which falls on Saturday, should I just do my normal carb-up? Or watch my body fillout every few hrs until switching to complex carbs? I will be taking insulin. Any suggestions, tips? I want to be full and ripped.
 
I plan on doing a mild depletion - like not going under 100g of carbs a day and then a 4 day carb up. Saturday, sunday and monday I think I will eat 100-150g of carbs and around 2500kcal and then I will start to carb-up on Tuesday. My carb-up won't be drastic though I don't think - maybe 400-500g of carbs on those days and arond 4000kcal. As near as I can tell, the drastic stuff just tends to screw you up, though that could easily be because I haven't figured it out yet. I feel full a week out and like the way I look and then ask myself: how much fuller do you think you can even look? And the answer is not much if at all, but last time I ignored it and depleted the living shit out of myself and had a hell of a time filling back up in time.
 
when i did opus for 97' mr usa it was penomenal. I was hard an tight. Dont start to soon if you start wed. nite youll be in good shape any sooner and you will spill over ,go easy on the slin.Also, do take diuretis but ONLY with carbs limit fluid intake fri. pm on til after night show.good luck!
