advice from someone that knows his shit?

can any pro or any very knowledgable person give me advice on keeping muscle? just looking for some precious advice! i go to the gym utilizing hit routines 3 times week for 30 minutes each, i weigh in at 185 lbs 6ft.2in. i just wanna be solid muscle? Can any one can help me with cal/carb/proteins to support this 185 mass including any supplements? i just wanna stay 185 cus i feel its my best shape ever.
i just came off of using eq that went very well, waiting for 3 months to get back on the juice again! any pros at this weight that can help a brother out!
