I'm 32 6'1, 80kg and been training and competing in amateur rugby for over ten years. Always been of slim, atheletic build. My diet is very clean and regular. I am looking to add some good clean muscle mass and strength. I have done a lot of reading into AAS', their pharmacology and biological interaction but would love some advice from people who have had some hands on experience.
From researching previous blogs/articles a lot of advice can be slightly conflicting. I would happily start orals I would think to start with and would love some advice on where to start, such as steroid type, dosage, cycle length and pct.
