Advice for first cycle - Anavar base

First my stats:

36 year old male
6' 190 lbs
14% bodyfat (measured in bodpod)

I am gettimg ready to do my first ever cycle and am hoping to get some advice. I am using anavar as the foundation as it seems to fit my goals (I have access to a good source and will be getting some this week). I am primarily interested in cuttimg up, hardenimg my look and increasimg my strength. I am gunning for the 300 look rather than the arnold. I am also a bit on the wary side as this is my first time and dont want to do anything too heavy.

My first question is how much I should take and how lomg the cycle should be. I have seen articles thay say 20mg is good for a newbie up through recommendations as high as 80-100mg ED with durations of anywhere from 6-12 weeks. Some suggested starting with 40-60 for first half and upping it by 20 for last half. Is there any more precise guideline/suggested dose?

I saw a couple of suggestions to combine Proviron 50mg ED with the anavar. What is thw added benefit of combining the two? What are the added risks/side effects? Would i be netter off running anavar alone given my goals?

What supplements or other measures should i be taking during/after the cycle to maximize the benefit and minimize the risks/damage to liver, testes, hairline, libido, etc?

One more thing. I habe been taking an ephedrine/caffeine/green tea extract the last couple weeks while cutting. Is it ok to continue this while on cycle or should i eliminate it while taking the anavar?
 
hey bro... 20 mg of anavar is a female dose... so that is bad information... i always run proviron alongside anavar for the extra muscle hardening and ai properties... it is much better with a test base but can still be effective... run the cycle like this...

1-6 anavar 60 mg first four weeks, then bump to 80 mg last 2 weeks
1-6 proviron 75 mg day
1-6 n2guard
1-6 hcgenerate

pct week 7-10

Is the optional item something you would use the full 10 weeks or just the last four during pct? What role does it serve?

I saw a discussion where creatine nitrate was recommended as an added component with anavar. Would you include it? What would that add/do and would that risk bloating/water retention?

You recommend sticking to just six weeks for anavar? Have seen recs for as long as 12 weeks.

How long after pct would you wait before doing another cycle? Ten weeks (since cycle plus pct is 10)?

Bro twelve weeks is way too fucking long to run an oral... Thats absurd... 8 weeks would be the max but thats even too much...

Definitely add creatine nitrate and need2slin... Nitrate doesnt hold any water... It is excellent...

Run them the entire cycle through pct...

You can start forma week 3...

Time on = time off so you need ten weeks off

So to summarize, your recomendation to optimize the cycle I outlined without adding test is:

Anavar 1-6 (60 then 80)
Proviron 1-6
N2guard 1-10
Hcgenerate 1-10
Ceatine Nitrate 1-10
Forma 3-10
Clomid 7-10
Unleashed/Postcycle 7-10
Daa 7-10

Does that sum it up?

What role would ostarine serve in the mix (benefit/risk) and what times during the 10 weeks would you suggest adding it?

Osta helps to have a stronger pct... Start week 7 at 25 mg day dosed once a day in the am... The cycle looks great

Last two questions and then i will stop pestering you:

1. I have been taking an ephedrine/caffeine/green tea stack the last few weeks while cutting. Should i cut that while on cycle or is it ok to continue?

2. How tight can/should I be with calories on the cycle? As I mentioned I habe been cutting pretty hard and averaging about 1500 cals and about 160 grams of protein a day the last three weeks. I am assuming I need to up that some to maximize the benefit of the cycle but still want to cut and dry as much as possible in the process. Ballpark idea of how much I should he eating? Bodpod put me at about 165 pounds of lean mass with an RMR of about 2000 cals.

you need to figure out what your maintenance is and let me know that... i can tell you that what your eating now won't be enough...

drop ephedrine on the cycle... you can keep the other two...
 
Are you asking for basic maintenance without factoring in calories burned in my workouts (2500-3000) or do you want me to factor in workouts? When cutting I do a ton of cardio so that number would get higher.

I was planning on upping protein to at least 250 g per day (1.5g/lb of lean mass). Ust not sure how aggressive I cam be on cutting calories. Last three weeks I have been taking in 1500/day avg. and have maintained lean mass while dropping a good amount of fat. However, as this is my first time using gear I am not sure how to adjust the diet.

maintenance figures in all calories burned...

bro, when you run aas, your diet is going to change and you need to take in more calories... if your still trying to lose weight then you should not be using steroids, you should be using thermogenics, sarms, etc... if you don't want to increase your calories from 1500, which is crazy low, then you have no business taking any steroids... it will increase quite a bit... you may want to reconsider what your taking...
 
I am fine with uppimg them, but dont want to just randomly pick a number to go with. I am perfectly capable of beimg strict on a cut and eating 1200 cals a day amd putting down 5k cals a day isnt very hard for me either. But that is a pretty wide range to have to pick a spot without some advice given i am new to aas.

noone ever once just threw out a number man, that's why i specifically asked for your maintenance... there are maintenance calculators all over the internet that figure that for you... without knowing your maintenance, it makes it a guessing game, and i don't provide that kind of help... i do things precise or i don't do it at all...

with osta, run it through week 10 and then you can run a sarms bridge in between cycles to really cut the fuck up...
 
My maintenance would be about 3250 give or take 150 either way.

Was already considering that sarms bridge based on your other threads/posts. ;)

For your goals i would be right around the 3000 range with about 350 grams of protein... High protein, moderate to low carb and low fat

i wouldn't go over six weeks but if you are intent on that then do it 4 weeks at 60 and 4 weeks at 80... just understand that the longer you go, the more it could cause damage to your liver, bp and lipids...

you can start proviron late...

you start pct the day after your last dose...
 
Had n2guard in the cycle but didnt know about the lipid stabil. Will add that.

Given the goal/look i am going for amd the cycle i have planned, i need to figure out how to structure my training regimen.

Anyone have any thoughts? The one thing i will throw out there is that i want to keep leg training to a minimum. My legs tend to get big pretty quickly and i really dont want them any bigger. Last month was the first time since junior high i was able to buy and fit in a pair of straight leg jeans (20 years of relaxed fit is enough) and black women like to comment on how i have a nice roumd butt for a white boy.

Focus for me is hardening up, increasing strength and maybe thickenimg up the chest, shoulders and upper back with arms as a secondary priority.

Any thoughts? How much volume/frequency should i be able to handle with this cycle to assist? What type of trainimg regimen will best cimpliment the cycle?

The goal is to imprive strength, harden/cut up and maybe add just a bit of size.

Top priority for me is chest/shoulders/upper back. I would like to thicken up tjose areas and accentuate the ratio of my shoulder/chest line to my waist (whuch is down to a 32 at 6' tall).

Arms are second. They are already a pretty good size for my frame so not a huge concern.

Legs/butt i would not mind getting stronger but i really really dont want them to get any bigger. They tend to grow easily and get out of proportion. I jave actually tried to cut them down a bit and was just recently able to buy straigjt leg jeans for the first time in 15+ years (had been relaxed or loose fit just to fit my thighs).

Goal is.the 300 look, not arnold look.

so you would fall into the strength training level or possibly hypertrophy... i would recommend hypertrophy... this will add strength and size...

every exercise is 4 sets... 8-10 reps at 85% of your max... you should barely be able to get 8-10 reps on these... every set should be fucking tough... 2-3 min rests in between sets...
 
How many exercises per bodypart, how many parts per day and how frequently can i train each part? Work at gym so can split however necessary to optimize.
