Advice cycle & supps

Hi,

I am just about to start this cycle and I need people to help ironing out creases that I may not have picked up on. I am 5"8 and float around 210 - 217lbs during this 'on' season. I have 4 cycles under my belt, and here is what I am considering as my 5th:

Week 1 - 8 Test testosterone propionate 100 mg (EOD) or Test En 300mg E4D
Week 1 - 6 trenbolone Ace 100mg (EOD)
Week 1 - 8 Anavar 50mg (ED)
Week 8 - 10 HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - 5000iu (EW)
Week 7 - 10 Clenbuterol 80mcg
Week 1 - 8 (Poss 12) IGF L3 20mcg per muscle (40mcg for two biceps etc ED)

Any suggestions on this please I am hoping to gain solid muscle, keep water down and lose fat. If I gained 5-7lbs I would be happy as long as I lowered by body fat dramatically. I plan to used the supplements:

Muscletech
Nitrotech Hardcore (2 x scoops after workout plus 1 other serving during the day)

Cell Tech Hardcore (2 x scoops after workout)

Anator (2 x scoops after workout)

EAS

Myoplex deluxe sachet (2 x sachets 1 am the other pm)

Are there any other supps that I should consider eg nano vapour etc I do like muscletechs products. Only thing is my supplements after workout are quite heavy is there too much? what would you take?

first I would run test p at 600mg for 10 weeks
ps might now want to be posting your full name
make sure your diet is super clean and you will have no prrob gettin shredded

I skipped right over that...thought it was 500EW....Xrsist is right...maybe 500 iu mon & thurs (2xweek)
 
okay so the HCG is too high would you have the 500 iu x 2 (mon & thurs) for the entire length of the cycle? I think I made a typo anyway sorry guys.

What are you opinions of the cycle and the supplements. And would you recommend changing it in anyway?

How many iu's of H.Cg do you have in total? let's work backwards for a minute.
 
I will props get 3 x 5000iu vitals as thats how it comes i believe from my source. But if I use 10,000 iu @ 1,000 iu per week split in 2 as you stated 500 iu on mon & thurs would that be okay? any other suggestions?

PERSONALLY (if you searched enough you could find many many "protocols" as to what the "best" way to do this is) this is what i would do...

weeks 4-11 h.cg 500 iu mon & thur...but was does your p.c/t look like. you could use this during the 2nd half of your cycle, through p/c/t with Derma and have a bottle to spare
 
I have the armidex to help with water retention, I might use clomid but have been told there is no point with armidex? IGF runs in my P.C.T what else would you recommend? I am starting next week which is why I need to get it all right. Previously I used H.C.G & Clomid for PCT.
 
would it be worth adding equipose into the cycle bearing in mind I am aiming to cut, or would this bloat me up? Bear in mind I will be running armidex with it.
 
okay so that would work out better? What about adding Equipose into the cycle, 400 - 600mg per week for week 1 - 8 or would that bloat me up even with armidex?
 
okay mate cheers for that, so would you be happy if this were your cycle and would you also be happy with the supplements I have listed?

if your going to run prop EOD run it at 150mg even better would be ED at 75-100mg. whats your diet look like?
 
diet not too bad currenly it looks something like this:

Meal 1:

Rice & tuna + half pint orange

Meal 2:

Chicken breast + Low Fat Burger (In George Forman) + Beans + Low Fat Chips (about 5 - 6g fat small portion baked) + half pint orange

Meal 3:

Myoplex deluxe (53g protein 22g carbs 4g fat + 17g glutamine) with water

Meal 4:

Same as Meal 2

Meal 5 - Pre workout

2 scoops nitrotech ~ 50g protein and a nutrigrain bar 20g cars 4g fat
Consume isotonic drink while training @ 20g carbs per bottle

Meal 6 - post work out

2 scoops nitrotech
2 scoops celltech
(Thinking of adding 2 scoops anator?? what you think?)

Meal 7

Myoplex deluxe

Meal 8

Tuna & Rice same as meal 1

(meal 8 & 7 can be swapped around some days)

I have a very high need for energy for breaking it up like this helps distribute the food evenly occasionally if low on energy I will have another Myoplex or nitrotech.
