advice about Endurox Excel

I have just recently purchases Endurox Excel ( natural training supplement), and I have a few questions about the product. I am not sure if i should be taking this or a Diet pill. I am at my desired weight and I work out four times a week (cardio and weight training) and I watch my food choices pretty carefully. I am 5'6, 125 lbs. and I have 18% body fat. I want to take something that keeps my matabolism higher than normal, even when I am not working out. I am afraid that because this is a training supplement, that it will only benefit me while I am working out. Can you give me some feed back and let me know if this is the right thing to take for what I want to achieve and if not can you give me some advice on what I should be taking.

this will help boost your metabolism although i dont believe it will be as effective if your not working out. If you are at your "desired weight" why do you want to bbost your metabolism? this would result in losing more weight
