Hey guys, Ive been off training for about 3 years now, and bf% is not pretty.... Im starting back monday hitting the gym hard as I can.. I used to be cut and big.. Im 6-2 245 and I want to get back to where I was and hopeffully even better.. I know how to diet, but are they anything I can buy that will get back where i want faster before I hit the juice.. Ive heard people say that if your out shape and juice you are just waisting it true or false... Any help is appreciated..

Yes it is true . Use natural suplemments and get back on shape before juicing .

thanks a lot man I was afraid of that, I guess i will have to bust my ass,, I drop weight pretty quick tho... If i find it I was thinking doing a d-bol and deca stack... good or bad... I want to get huge but ripped to.. thanks alot
 
Here's all you need to get ripped and drop that bf:

Cardio, diet, train!!!

Don't do the sauce, you will regret it at this point.

Hitting juice if you're out of shape is a waste? It will give you same results as any one of us. If I was you I wouldnt waste money on HMB, or even creatine. I mean seriously, how many people have you heard that gained anything off creatine. The only thing that works is juice plus protein.
 
I always use the analogy, How would your peformance be if you entered into a marathon and haven't ran in over 3 years. It would be a lot better if you trained prior to entering

He did train, he just took a really long vacation from working out.
