Hey guys, Ive been off training for about 3 years now, and bf% is not pretty.... Im starting back monday hitting the gym hard as I can.. I used to be cut and big.. Im 6-2 245 and I want to get back to where I was and hopeffully even better.. I know how to diet, but are they anything I can buy that will get back where i want faster before I hit the juice.. Ive heard people say that if your out shape and juice you are just waisting it true or false... Any help is appreciated..
