Adequan, any1 heard/used this before?

I read on another board someone recommending the use of Adequan to help with joint/muscle injuries. It is basically an injectable form of glucosamine. I think it is doesed fairly high too, since it is for horses. Anyone have any experience with this? Would it be beneficial to take it for soft tissue damage in my lower back? Thanks.

dunno about soft tissue --mostly for cartilage.
