Adding flax to an MRP

Im thinking of getting some cheap myoplex lite (20g carbs) and adding flax to it. Good idea or bad idea?

this will be a P + F meal i guess but is 20g carbs too much?
 
It really depends on your complete diet. But I wouldn't think that 20g's of carbs would be too much to add flax too. I can't see how that could have a negative impact on the big picture. I like to add a tablespoon of flax to a regular Myoplex, it seems to work well for me. It's also good to know there is another assassin around to have my back!

who says you can't use flax with carbs? you people have been brain washed by Mr. X and his "CKD crew".... flax seed oil is good for you regaurdless of whether you have carbs with it. i would say its better to have flax with oatmeal then it would be to have with a bacon chedder egg omlette....but thats just me and i don't know much

Oxandrin, I totally agree with that. I think adding healthy fats to any meal (except post workout) is a good idea. People seem to have lost sight of that. I am a fan of flax and oatmeal myself.
