adding fat to post workout drink ?

should I add some lipids to my post workout drink - right now its 30 gram whey and 90 grams dextrose, will this cut back the insulin spike ??

#1) NO!

#2) it will drastically slow down the glycogen transport by limiting the insulin spike and is NOT an efficient way to have a post-workout drink......think along the lines of wanting the maximum benefit after a workout while for some reason limiting that benefit.

Not a good idea...........
