what is the best way to take adderllin for max fat loss??

im thinking before fasted AM cardio?
how long before? 30 mins? 45 mins?
do i take it with coffee??

also can i take it again later in the day before my weights workout or is that a bad idea?
 
i would say early before cardio and before lifting is great but not too close to bedtime. give your self like 6 hrs before bed for last dose.
 
Sweet lord no coffee, there is enough in it , you dont need extra stims

I do like 2 pre AM cardio, 15-30 min before then 2 more early afternoon
 
Start with one and go from there. The way JP says to do it is a good way to start and if you are a beast like Mrod you can bump it up.
Even just one your first day might not be a bad idea just to test it out.

Adderllin is amazing stuff! It is strong for me....I only need 1/2 a tab. I'm tiny tho' so maybe that is why.

Ya 4 pills a day I'd say gives me the amounbt of energy after 8 hours of solid sleep, and keeps u at that energy til 7-8 when I needed it for my workouts!
 
One is also good for me. Occasionally I will take two if I'm really exhausted or have an extremely long day. No crash either it's great.

ya know, next time i start this one up i think i will try it out that way and split up my one tab by a couple hrs

np, I feel like it gives me a more even release throughout the day.
 
LOL at anyone that takes this product 2 tabs in the am on an empty stomach... I can say that because i did when it 1st came out..

for me optimal use is on rising, then cardio 45-60 minutes later..

and pre workout in the afternoon 60 minutes before the workout with a protein shake..

good times, the sweat really comes alive for ya..
