Adderall

sorry for this being an non-anabolic question but i have posted this thread on the chat board and got no answers.
i have been prescribed adderall for the passed 3 months and have been taking it without having encountered any side effects (except insomnia) until now
i took 10 mg of adderall and began reading. About and hour into the read my eyes started crossing and i began to get dizzy and a slight feeling of nusea overcame me. I stopped reading and my eyes still involintarily began crossing
is this a normal side effect of administering an amphetamine? is this serious? are there any long ter side effects that i should worry about?
As much as l love the stuff, and i really do LOVE the stuff, i will be willing to get off of it if this side effects persists.
I should probably also mention that i only take adderall when i need to study at a maximum dose of 20mg. I also take anywhere from 30-40 mg of adderall when i'm in the mode to become OTC (manual labor mainly)

Most common side effects loss of appetite & weight loss, insomnia, headache

Infrequent side effects dry mouth, nausea

Rare side effects/risks tics, dizziness, irritability, stomach pain, increased heart rate, hallucinations

I would have to say that yours would be categorizedas " Rare". If it continues you should contact you doctor and discuss alternatives such as Ritalin.

My bro here has been on adderal for a few years and never got this side effect nor have either one of us heard of that. I personally think ritalin(or Concerta) is more mild on the side effects like nervousness and insomnia and more effective for studying, although I can never stop talking when i take that shit. so in some ways it intereferes.

both ritalin and adderall contain L/D amphetamines
i believe that ritalin is merely underdosed adderall
has anyone else ever heard of this condition?

i have heard a while back that during the 70's/80's people were going cross-eyed as a result of ingesting diet pills, prescribed by their doctors. during those times i believe diet pills contained amphetamine

hey bro i know what you mean i absolutely love addherall it help me get shit done fast and eficiently. So far there ar no prove long term side effects. It is an amphetmaine though and it is easy to take too much and be relly fucking amped. I get the nausa thing too it helps to eat before because addherall will drop a lot of your water and it suppressed your appetite. Drink lots of water and eat before and it wont be as intense. The most I have taken at a time was 60mg at once and that was a wild ride try it if you dotn want to sleep for a few days
