Hello, i have been doing eca stack for about a month with very good results but there is still a small fat deposits to get abs to show , i know i can melt that fat away with some more weeks on eca but im sure i will lost a lot of muscle in this final process, my question is can i add some var to prevent muscle lost? Maybe 60 mg a day? I just want to keep muscle not gains,
