Anyone ever been there? Better yet, anyone been shopping at the pharmacies there? I am going there for spring break and was wondering what the pharmacies are like? thanks for any input.

You mean Acapulco. Learn how to spell Mexican cities correctly.

There, pharmacies will offer the most common gear -- Deca, Test, etc. All the complementary stuff, too. Clomid, Proviron, etc.

But don't expect the local market to be anything like what is found in TJ (or any border town), Cancun, or Puerta Vallarta. Not the same vet presence.

Don't expect to get laid, either.
