suppose one had like 200 used needles most of them capped...On moveing out day it is fine to just throw them out in the dumster outside a certain dorm...

Put them in a plastic laundry detergent cleaner container, then superglue the lid on...

Then toss in dumpster.. the plastic from a tide/all/wisk container is thick enough that it will keep the needles away from the kiddies.
