The phrase just bothers me. In my mind it's an oxymoron. I fear that indeed the judges Bush appoints are the ones that will be skewed towards a certain ideology, rather than the other way around.

Conservative moral values aside, if Bush can do 1/2 the shit he claims (reform the tax code, healthcare, Soc. Security), it'll be worth it.

He wants one thing. A supremem court that will overturn Roe V. Wade.

The rest, taxes, healthcare and Social Security are just diversions.

I actually think that would be a good thing. Red America can outlaw abortion and Blue America can keep it legal.
