I had the first treatment on my very sore left knee yesterday. It's still sore, but better (which may be a placebo effect). Two more treatments next week.
Anyone with experience with ART?

never heard of it....heard of "bust" release

this is very similiar (often the same) as myofascial release (stretch).

Yeah, there is a lot of painful stretching and the Dr. sure dug his thumb in to release "adhesions" at specific points.

Never heard of "bust" release, but it sounds like a straight line. (Especially coming from a woman).
