I notice alot of q's about acne... and it can be a real problem.... Most topical stuff really doesnt work.. It may help the infection but not the source... also antibiotics are counter productive with AS... If you have serious or recurring acne.. get on accutane..This can cure acne for good.... probably about 20mg per day for 10 wks ... may need 2 treatments... Do not do cycles while on this as it is very toxic... Just wait it out... It will be worth it... Accutane is concentrated vitamin A which is toxic.The side effect is reduced or shrunken oil glands/pores. Acne is enlarged and infected pores, so this is how the acne is cured. You will experience chapped lips, dry nose & mouth and dry skin but it is worth it... See a dermo.... PS stay out of the sun while on accutane
