Thaibox New member Mar 25, 2002 #3 The primary ingredient in this crap is ALC, but its only at abut 1/4 of what it should be. Taking a large enough dose for the ALC to actually be worthy would rape your wallet. Save your money. Yet another crappy muscletech product.
