accutane is harsh on a lot of stuff especially the liver.

I was prescribed accutane for some childhood acne a few years back and had to undergo monthly blood tests and doc. visits to make sure everything was in check. This drug requires more "security checks" then some of the most abused scheduled drugs believe it or not! If your acne is bad enough for accutane then go to your GP and have them refer you to a dermo!
