Yes vit B5. Accutane isn't as bad as it's made out to be though. Dry skin and chapped lips were the worst sides I encountered.

The media has sensationalized accutane almost as much as steroids, just to put things into perspective.

i had no side effects except dry lips and a nose bleed here and there. when i went to 120mg ed i really started to dry out....other than that, nothing bad. the worst thing about my accutane experience was that it kept me from healing. it took any injury forever to heal, even a cut or bruise took 3-4 times as long as it should of to heal, and my acne didnt even clear up all that much. it did help, but not as much as i would of liked or hoped. even after a year i think i am still slow healing-wise. i would definitely try some tetracycline or minocycline first and just wash your face, back...wherever really good with benzoyl peroxide ed. just be careful if you take tetracycline and alleve together, it can give you an ulcer :-(
