accutane helps reduce water retention

dirty

New member
hey bro's,
I started taking accutane about 5 days ago and have noticed a massive reduction in my bloat. Is it possible that these two are related.
I know the accutane can dry you out( dry lips and shit), but is there a scientific explanation for it reducing water retention?

Hi bro, I am on accutane just now also at 100mg daily which is a high dose, i have been on now for about 35 days, it is some strong shit, and the sides such as drying of lips/scalp/skin and dry eyes are very real indeed, no doubts about that. As for it reducing water retention, I am not sure there, cant think of a reason why that would occur. later bbigman2000;)

I believe we may be on to something here..... Accutane is notorious for causing lack of joint fluid (much like winny), and can cause some pain...I've on on Accutane a couple of times, and on my 3rd course now. Also, they always say not to expect too much in the gain department because muscles/joints won't be as strong on the 'tane...... also responsible for muscle pain---could this have to do with lack of water the body holds? It's an interesting topic....

When i was in High school, i played football, power lifting and track, and needed an edge so got on T200..it was some shitty stuff i guess, i broke out like it wasnt even funny..everyone knew what i was doing, but i got on Accutane and i cleared up real nice, but know that i am back on T200 I am breaking out again almost like before, but i took it for like 6 months and it cleared up too like perfect
