Accutane and orals

Hey guys, ok so I'm in the middle of a prop tren cycle and the acne on my back and shoulders is nasty and I need to get rid of it for summer. When I was a teenager I had acne on my face and a dermatologist prescribed me accutane and it worked really well. I was going to go back and see the dermatologist to get more accutane however I also wanted to throw in an oral next week, perhaps anadrol. Now I've done anadrol before and I know it's very liver toxic but if I'm on it while taking the accutane(which I can't drink or anything like that) would it be a bad idea??

Well accutane is pretty liver toxic also. However, the dermatologist will likely check your liver enzymes before your treatment and monitor it at least once during the accutane. So you will at least be montored which makes it safer. If liver enzymes get high, doctor will pull you off accutane and you can stop the anadrol too.

Yeah I think I'll wait until the accutane is over before starting anadrol

Accutane is harsh. Just go tanning 3 times a week... It'll clear that acne right up

I have run 40mg Accutane and 100mg Anadrol without liver issues. Bloodwork is a good idea; also, high water consumption (5+ litres/day) and Milk Thistle (2 gram/day) and preferably Liv.52 if you can get hold of it.

I know tanning helps, but you can't tell someone that tanning simply clears up acne, because that's not always the case.


OP If your running 40mg of accutane then you could be ok. But if you want to clear your acne up for "good" running a strong course of 80mg for 6-8 months is the way to go.

40mg will help get rid of it temporarily though. But if you decide to run it at 80mg I wouldn't take any oral with it.

True, it might not clear it completely for everyone... But for me personally I've seen more results from tanning like 5 or 6 times than any acne medication ever... And I've tried almost everything except accutane.

Sure accutane would work great but at what cost? Organ failure? I wouldn't risk it personally... Especially on cycle.. You have enough drugs going through your body.

I agree I wouldn't run the accutane and an oral if it were me, but as far as accutane by itself it's pretty safe
