Accutane (60mg) Acne comming Back again

im taking 60mg ,1 month it was clear and now its comming back not that bad though

i want to lower the dosage to 40mg or 20mg soon ,as its reaal expensive

How long have you been taking it for? i`ve been taking 80mgs for about 3 months now and the first 1-2 months my skin acctually got a little worse but now its clear...give it some time.
