Accepting an offer for house?.....(Wodin).

Got a question about real estate again and writing/accepting offers.

Person A writes an offer. My realtor tells person B that an offer has been written but not accepted yet, so Person B writes an offer as well. I have 2 offers in front of me, so are these my options? 1) Accept A or B? 2) Counter A or B? 3) Counter A and B?


Once I accept an offer I can not review any others correct? Am I missing anything?

Any suggestions on how to play this out if this happens..I'm thinking it may.

At this point you can counter both. Once you accept an offer you are locked in to that offer and cannot accept any other offers.

Dear lord don't go through an agent. Seriously, wait until your contract with the agent runs out and sell it on your own. Or re-up the contract but exclude yourself so that you can still sell it on your own and save the 6%.

LOL...wish it was that easy. I had it up By Owner and had 1 bite in 3 months. You just don't get the exposure. We are paying 5% commission, and I may try talking her down too.
