Aburaihan, Iran Test with small bubble in ampule?

Has anyone seen this? Seems legit in everyway, but I have noticed on one of my ampule there is a very small bubble in the ampule glass. It was purchased from a reliable source and I have other ampules that do not have this...

Glass can have bubbles.
