I have been working out for the last 8 years on and off. I have juiced a few times and look decent. Overall, I am happy with everything but my abs. I have just recently tried very hard to work my abs. For the last 3 months I have been on harsh diets as well as doing ab workouts every three days, cardio 3 times a week and some clens of late. What do I need in order to get a six pack
