Ok, so I am about to start a GH cycle of 2 IU's a day to help with some fat loss. Thanks to Makavalli and Indy and some other guys I have gotten my diet straightened out and got on that treadmill to help lose the BF I was getting after some inuries and family issues. This will be my last run thru of any gear as I am gonna give it a rest for awhile...a long while.
I think I have all the info I need, but before I start I want to get as much feedback as possible. Please respond as though I don't know anything about GH and offer up as much advice or suggestions as possible.(who knows I may be way off base on my "knowledge") I want to make sure I am not missing even the simplest thing on this to do it right, or not at all. Some things to consider before replying.
1) I will not be using slin with this.
2) I will be running some var, test and eq cycles halfway thru and at the end.
3) I am using generic GH. (brown tops) and I know it's real NOT fake.
4) If I so experience some sides such as bloat or numbness, what do I do (if anything) or is it just part of it?
5) Is there some typical mistakes guys make with their first run of GH?
6) Any warnings regarding diet? DO I understand that the glycemic index (carb wise) is my best friend?
7) I have seen some info on the internet that suggests GH can unlock some potentially problematic genetic issues. I have only found a VERY small amount of this and no proof. Does anyone have any knowledge of this or have any idea about that possibility?
