Ive been competing in Taekwondo tournaments for the last year or so..no matter how hard I train I still fizzle out after about 2 matches (not run out of breath but muscles fatigue real easy)..well im on my 3rd week of 500 sus and I feel like I could spar for hours..my endurance has never been better..could the test im taking help my stamina that much??also what other supplements/anabolics can help with stamina in ur opinion??thanks!!
