? about test and endurance

Ive been competing in Taekwondo tournaments for the last year or so..no matter how hard I train I still fizzle out after about 2 matches (not run out of breath but muscles fatigue real easy)..well im on my 3rd week of 500 sus and I feel like I could spar for hours..my endurance has never been better..could the test im taking help my stamina that much??also what other supplements/anabolics can help with stamina in ur opinion??thanks!!
 
hey boxer do you run alot also? i'llbe takign some Prop alon with winny to help my strength but my endurance as well b/c i really want to run liek 5 miles and improve my speed and timing b/c i'm slow bu i hope we can keep what we gain from the cycle as far as endurance
 
the typical ephedrine/caffeine stack works wonders for me. Normally, I'm totally fatigued within an hour during my workouts. After popping two diet pills I can train with extreme intensity for well over 2 hours.

i run about 2 miles twice a week but that doesn't help my stamina for shit..i think i need to do shorter more intense workouts such as sprinting..ive heard winny can help with endurance but not real sure on that..by the way..do u do martial arts also??
