some say to b e really cut i should limit carbs to only 20 grams a dat--oatmeal in the morning...the rest of the say i have 60 grams of essentail fats and 150 grams of protein --i weigh 120...iss that good...?? they say cut some of hat fat if you want to lose fat...i thought u need fat to burn fat..mabye if i cut some of the fat i will break my plateu>>i have been doin this diet for months...help???? my training is good i change it up n stuff..was thinkin about buying a fat burnier
