Abercrombie & Fitch Corp. is seeking good looking, athletic, outgoing college grads to manage it's stores. Particularly, I'm interested in recruiting for people in the Bergen, Passaic, and surrounding counties of northern NJ.

Our priorities our:

-Managers are expected to be extremely friendly and able to create a posotive work environment for brand reps.

Our brand reps don't work for A&F to become rich. They work because it's fun and they love the clothes.

-Managers MUST be extremely enthusiastic about the product.
-Managers are expected to have a strong dedication and love for their job.
-Managers must have corporate mentality.
-Managers should enjoy the retail industry as well as the fashion industry and have a strong sense of fashion and color coordination.


Duties include:

-Cash reconciling.
-Floor layout of product.
-Employee maintenence
-and various other managerial duties.

Yeah.....when you see words like "enthusiastic," "motivated," "high energy," and "dedication" that means that those things have to make up for the fact that you will be making zilch.

In other words... they want you to work your ass off, evenings and weekends in order to bring money into the company, push their lack luster fashion propaganda and cushion the higher ups lifestyle. In exchange for making peanuts, you get the opportunity to work around "other fun people" (known in the industry as unskilled cannon fodder).

If you do decide to do this... form a clique with other employees and rob em blind.
